Our Joint ventures are not a set of practices. It is an approach to selecting and implementing poultry products and services that are adapted to the country, over time and space, and integrated in such a manner that they work together to maximize synergy and minimize costs.
The process of developing a joint venture is being built on shareholders engagement and capacity building by conducting a baseline analysis, identifying and prioritizing potential investments in aviculture, and developing preliminary designs and guidelines for the implementation and monitoring of investment projects.
